Different row heights for single line and word wrapped?

I suspect the answer is no, but would like to have different row heights for a single line of text versus a wrapped line of text. Im trying to achieve a little white space between each row. I can set the row height to a value that achieves that nicely but it also applied the value to word wrapped cells with multiple lines in the cell - rendering those cut off.

    Dreaming?

If you assign a row height to a row, it applies to all cells in that row. Cells can have Word Wrap and others not but to accommodate the cells with word wrap turned on, the row height must be sufficient to display the wrapped text. You cannot have different cell heights within the same row.

Thank you sir. I suspected as much but there are so many scripts and add ons that I hoped maybe there was a specialty tool.

Depending upon what you are trying to achieve, you can merge cells, to create a deeper cell, center across cells for wider cells, you can use text boxes of various kinds, shapes that you can fill in etc.
I you can create a mockup of what you want and upload it, perhaps there is a solution that is viable for your situation.
Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window (or use the paperclip icon).

For cosmetics and readability I just want more space between rows. Achieved with row height but only if single line of text.
