    Hi

Can i know what version of Excel you are using.
Maybe you can try to press "Alt+ F11", to see whether is able to run the macro.

    Hi,

Macros are a part of an application. They are found say in Word under
tools/ Macros. Alternatively you need Visual Basic or other simillar
    programmes loaded.
