Copying multiple cells to another workbook

Hi, please help if you can.
I have two workbooks and I need to copy certain cells from one to the other, here are details -

Ok, we'll call workbook 1 SOURCE and workbook 2 DEST
SOURCE\SHEET1\T20 > DEST\SHEET1\BB4
SOURCE\SHEET1\U20 > DEST\SHEET1\BH4
SOURCE\SHEET1\V20 > DEST\SHEET1\BN4
SOURCE\SHEET1\W20 > DEST\SHEET1\BS4
etc...etc....etc.

As you can see, in the source the cells are one columns apart and in the destination the cells are 6 columns apart.

Hope I've provided enough info...I look forward to hearing your thoughts.

Hi folks, have I posted this is the wrong place? or worded it wrongly? Although I don't know the answer I can't imagine it being that difficult and am surprised I've had no comments.
