Filtering Pivot Table Data

    Filtering Pivot Table Data

    Dear All,

I have a Pivot Table where in the "Page" section I have a Field called
    Postcodes.

Is there any way for me to filter these postcodes so I can select a
certain range without having to create a seperate Pivot with a subset
    of my main data?

eg ... (for Australia Postcodes) I want to sum up all my transactions
per companythat fall between postcodes 2000 and 2050. I don't want to
select all the postcodes listed, and I don't want to have to do one
    postcode at a time.

    Thanks in Advance...

    Hi Andy
Unfortunately PT does not allow grouping of Page fields directly.
Temporarily drag your Postcode field from Page to Row.
Right click on field >Group> start 2000 end 2050 by 50
Drag field back to Page area
    Select Group 2000-2050
