How do I prevent cell contents from printing?

    Hi!

First time I've used this, so I hope it's the right place to go.

In Microsoft Excel 2003, I want to show text entered in a cell while viewing
the worksheet, but not included in a printout.
I can't work out what to do.

I hope someone has found a solution to this.

    Thanks!

Tristan, if its one cell you could change the font to white, or the color of
your sheet, print and then change it back, have a look here for more ways to
    do it.

An alternative would be to insert a comment.
