    Format cell to match cells below in same column

    I have a subtotal row at the top of a pivot table with numbers, currency, and percentage which match the proper format of the information in the same column in the pivot table below. When I add a row field, the pivot table expands by one column and my subtotal row at the top is off on it proper format by one column. I am asking two questions: 1) is there a way to conditionally format a cell to match the format of another cell or range? and 2) is there a way to have a pivot table display the grand total at the top instead of the bottom? Question 2 would be interesting and a better way to handle this. But I would continue to be interested in the answer to the other for other potential uses. Thanks.

    I think that this could be done through a worksheet change macro that resets the allignment of the upper subtotals to the data fields below. For example, if data field 1 moves a column to the right, then the upper subtotals move a column to the right.
