    Comments

    All of a sudden, the worksheet is not allowing me to edit a comment (even
    after closing and reopening file). However, I am able to delete an existing
    comment and insert a new comment.

    Is the workbook shared? If so, you can add to an existing comment, but
    can't change the existing comment text.
