Can I export an excel spreadsheet to a .csv file?

    Can I export an excel spreadsheet to a .csv file?

    I have a spreadsheet with 1400 lines (only 1 column) and I need to get
    it into a .csv file. How can I do that?

    File>Save as...>Files of type dropdown...Comma Delimited *.csv

    File/ Save As/ Save as Type/
    select CSV

    just FILE | SAVEAS | chose CSV (DOS file)

    I don't have .csv as an option!!! I have xml, html, xlt and txt but NO
    CSV??

    Did you click "File|Save As Web Page" or "File|SaveAs"?

    Since it's just one column, you could always just copy that column and paste it
    into notepad and then save your data from notepad.
