    Simple AutoFill Series Question

Hello. I just wrote a function that takes in two variables. One is the row
number, and the other is Regular Data. When I enter in the function into an
Excel Cell It looks something like this

    =AutoFill(346,C345)

346 happens to be the current row number and C345 is the data it takes in.
How do I get it so 346 increments when I use to Fill handle. I tried just
using the fill handle and they all come out to be 346.. I've also put the
function into four or five cells with the correct Row number (346, 347, 348,
    349) and used the fill handle but I only got it to repeat those four numbers.
Does anyone have any idea how I can get this to work. I bet the sollution
is very simple and right infront of my eyes (I've also clicked that little
icon after Filling and It doesn't have the Fill Series Radio button).
Anyway, Any help would be greatly appreciated.
