11 x 17 is not a print option for me

I have no options in my Excel 2003 professional to print tabloid 11 x 17. Do
I go get help for options to do so with my printer (HP all in one), or
Microsoft for Excel?

It's a printer issue, not excel

11X17 sounds very much like A3 to me. HP all in one can normally only print A4
