why are the help files now remote?

    why are the help files now remote?

    ok im lokoing for the help files on Exel to do a =IF but there online WTF?!

    oh anyway while im here i need exel to do this:
    when a cell says 43 OR over i need it to remove the 40 and put the remaining
    into a diff cell (works out ovetime rate) is this posable? i cant work it out
    due to stupid help files being remote

    Hi. If you don't like this feature, you can turn it off by doing the
    following:

    Tools | Options | General Tab | Service Options | 'Category' -> OnLine
    Content | and remove any checkmarks.
