Zero showing as a negative number

I have a spreadsheet where zeroes are showing as a negative number. In the spreadsheet this is how it looks (0.00). What can I do to correct this so zeroes are not showing as negative? Thanks!!

It's because it is negative, you are displaying a number format with only 2
decimals so the value must be
less than or equal to -0.004, test this, change the format to general and
you'll see what the real value is
if you format -0.004 as 0.00_);(0.00) it will display as (0.00)

I tried that and it just shows 0 when I switch it to General. Now what?

What if you copy it and paste special into a general cell?
