I HAVE A WORKBOOK WITH OVER 20 SHEETS, IS THERE A SIMPLE KEYBOARD WAY TO TAB FROM SHEET TO SHEET?

CTRL-PgUp and CTRL-PgDn will move you from sheet to sheet.
