    Workbook size

    What are good steps for trimming workbook size when they seem bigger then
    what you would think????

    Sometimes Excel gets confused on what the used range is. Select
    the unused rows (from your last row down to 65536) and Delete
    them (from the Edit menu, not the Delete key). Do the same for
    the columns.

    lots of pivot tables
    delete unused ones
