    Paste Special Question

Suppose I copy a cell and I want to paste its value and its format to another
cell, but NOT the formula. Is there a way to do this with a single copy and a
    single paste?

No, don't think so. Single copy, yes. But two Paste Specials; one for the
value and one for the format

    Regards

    Trevor
