Price markup to make a certain profit (not percentage)

    Hi folks

I am wondering if there is a pricing formula that can calculate a selling price, based on a few things:
    • Supplier's Cost
    • eBay & PayPal Deductions (13.4% of selling price + £0.20)
(without making a circular reference) that sets a profit value of a certain amount rather than a percentage)

    Example
    Cost Sell Deds Profit
    £7.00 £9.47 £1.47 £1.00

In the example, I've put in the correct figures, the third cell (B3) is 13.4% of (B2) + £0.20,
Cell (B4) is a simple calculation of (=B2-B1-B3)
Is there a formula that I can put in (B2) so that it will always display £1.00 in cell (B4), regardless of the value of cell (B1)

I've tried a few ideas & never got the correct outcome, does anyone have an idea

    Thanks!

Since you are referencing cell addresses that appear to be vertical and your picture is horizontal it is difficult to determine what you are trying to do. Suggest you attach a worksheet and explain what you want. I suspect that you will probably need to use the built in Solver, but until I see what you have, who knows.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.
