    Data import problem

    Can someone please help.

On my spreadsheet I import data from a vehicle tracking application using
data import (it produces one line for each journey). As the number of
jouirneys varies so does the number of lines. From the imported data I copy
it to get it to appear as I want. The problem is that on the output data
area when there are only a few journeys I get lots of rows of rows of zero's.
Is there a way to make the output data area expand and contract with the
    input data area?

    Re: Data import problem

I have a similar problem with telephone call records, and I need to
convert them into a standard format. With the raw data in one sheet, I
copy just one column (A) of data into the conversion sheet - here there
are formulae ready to be copied down to do the conversions. All I need
to to is double-click on the fill handle for each cell at the top of
each column, and the formulae are replicated down only for as many rows
as there are entries in column A.

    Hope this helps.
