Display a UK Map from excel list Postcodes

Can anyone provide a (simple?) method of mapping a list of UK postcodes to a
UK and Ireland MAP from within Excel.

I have a sheet with a column of postcodes - anyone know how to link to map
picture as "flags or" somesuch display techniques

help appreciated.

You need another program, like Microsoft Mappoint, or google earth plus and
google earth pro
