editing documents with excell that are not excell format

    editing documents with excell that are not excell format

    I have several forms which i use for work, i've scanned them into my computer
    and tried to open them with excell, all i get is alot of numbers and symbols,
    how can i use excell to edit these forms?

    You will need to put the scanned .tif file through a process called OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to have the text recognised, a Google search will show simpleOCR or other such product that you can download for this purpose.
