How do I record (.468) time in Excel without it rounding to .5?

I need to record time to 0:00.001 and Excel keeps rounding to 0:00.0

Thanks David! I see where I can set the format under custom to mm:ss.000,
where under the time you can only select mm:ss.0

    Thanks again!
