People seeking help lack competency. Your HELP unhelpful

Not only with MS but all HELP systems, we who seek help must have a
misunderstanding needing clarification, yet in most cases the help system
talks at us as though we ere programmers. Make the menus less cumbersome.
Stores selling strawberry, raspberry, cherry, peach, apple, and like jams
need but one shelf marked JAM not multiple shelves. Si it is with help
indexes which confuse by obfuscation and multiple choice X 10,000
