Retain heading columns through scrolling down

    Greetings,

    Microsft Excel 2003 SP2 on XP sp2

Can some body please tell me on how to freeze the heading columns while
    scrolling down the pages.

I have defined heading across multiple columns

when I am in the first page , I know what data to add under each cell ,
since I can see the heading.

When I scroll down a few pages, If becomes difficult to enter data and
see data with out heading columns

Is it possible to see the heading columns scrolling down the XL pages
with out entering the heading in every page.

    Appreciate your help

    Regards & Thanks
    BN

Check out Window > Freeze panes.

Will freeze all rows above the selected cell and all columns to the left of
    the selected cell.
