How can I add a + sign to a positive result of a calculation?

    How can I add a + sign to a positive result of a calculation?

    I am compiling a golf scorboard in Excel. I want the running totals to
    display a positive sign (i.e. for over par - +5) as well as the under par
    scores to sho negatives (which is well-documented). How do I do this?
