Kindly help with this attached file exported file.xls as it's generated automatically by a time attendance software. I need some kind of automation to help th HR employee to filter the data to only be as shown in the attached result file result.xls.

Filtration Criteria:

1- Only blank, absent, or violation cell values on tcode should be selected.
2- For each name if there is a blank record and another absent record in the same start date (regardless the time), then the abent record should be deleted and only the blank record should be kept.
