I am using, Microsoft Excel 2000, Tools->Customize->Commands to Create New
Menu. When save, reopen the file, the new Menu loss.
How to set permanent menu ?

Don't try to make it permanent.
Add some code to a workbook that creates it when the workbook is opened and
deletes it when the workbook is closed.
For additions to the worksheet menu bar, I really like the way John Walkenbach
does it in his menumaker workbook:

Here's how I do it when I want a toolbar:

deletes it when the workbook is closed".
