Sorting times and dates

Hello all,

I have a very large data set with multiple months of data. All the data is arranged in one hour windows, one hour per day. For example, I have a spreadsheet that has 3273 rows that includes every day in April. I need to extract from all these rows, fifteen minute intervals per hour. So, for 4/1/2014 between 4-5PM, I need to extract the data from 4-4:15, then 4:15-4:30, 4:30-4:45 and so on. There is only one column of data.

I've tried conditional formatting but this isn't very efficient or effective. In the past, I have done this manually, that is highlighting all the 15 min intervals, copying and pasting them to another sheet. That took forever and I am really looking for a more streamlined and efficient approach.

Any ideas!?

Problem: the last three digits where not showing in cell.
