Format cells to only accept numbers

How can we format and protect cells to not accept text, only numbers?

Hi,

You could use Data Validation.

Go to Data > Data Validation then select custom and insert this formula

=ISNUMBER(E10:J19).....Change range as required.

You can also put instructions to the user in Input message and error messages when they try to enter non numbers
