I'm looking to create an attenance sheet that team leads can input the
associates name, date they were gone and input hours and have the system
automatically calculate their attenance.

We track it based on 2080 per year and it is a rolling 12 month calendar.
Hours are also deducted based on if they had 12 hours input in Jan 2005 in
Jan 2006 those hours are deducted.

Any suggestions would be very helpful I currently just use worksheets and
recreate the data every month with built in formulas. I'm looking for input
boxes to come up and allow the team leaders to just input the name, date and
hours and then be able to view the totals for all or as individuals.
