    Changing file from readonly

I opened a shared file that was recommended to be opened as a read only. I
now need to change the file but as I opened it as read only the first time it
now opens as read only automatically. How can I open this file for editing?

    Thanks,
    Niall

    Re: Changing file from readonly

I can close a file and reopen it and answer no to the readonly prompt and I can
    save my changes.

Does that not work for you?

Close the file and open it's Properties by right clicking the file icon and
uncheck the Read only option in the General Tab.
