I need to show the difference between two dates. Someone signed in on Jan 4,
2005 and today's date is the current date. How do i show that and then put it
into a Word document for a mail merge to show each person's enlist date?

Hi David,
How about 4/1/05 in A1, =TODAY() in B1, then =B1-A1 in C1. This will by
default return a date, so with C1 selected go the Format menu, click on
cells, ensure the Number tab is selected and click on General and then OK.
For the mail merge, go to google and type 'create mail merge from Excel'

Hope this helps,
