Text Box with Font, Size & Color options

I can put in a simple text box on my sheet, but I can't seem to find a text
box that provides formatting. Nothing fancy, but simple font selection and
the ability to change the color, bold, underline. Is there anything or am I
stuck with plain text?

With the standard TextBox.........select the textbox > right-click on the
border > choose FormatTextBox > then format to your desires...........
