How to keep Excel doc on screen w/going to other program?

Need to know if it's possible to keep an Excel chart displayed (not minimized
to taskbar) when going to another program that's running. Can Excel be
constantly displayed on screen while switching between programs?

If you go out to some site like www.shareware.com and search for "always on
top", you'll see some utilities that you can use to keep certain applications on
top of others.

(Personally, the always on top would drive me nuts!)
