Checkbox and macros

I am building a template that will be used by others. I've included a few autoshape rectangles with directions for use and a handful of arrows.

I want the users to be able to hide these objects after they've had a chance to view them, and I also want the users to be able to unhide the objects should they need to review them.

I think it would look cool to have a "hide directions" checkbox on there that would hide the obects when clicked and bring them back when unclicked.

Suggestions?

as opposed to inserting comments in a cell??

right click on a cell
select insert comment
enter the info
if you want to hide the comment
right click on the cell and select hide comment
whenever you drag the mouse accross the cell the comment pops up
