Copying a formula down...

How do I copy this formula in C1 down? =A1&" "&B1

When I select and drag it, it copies, it changes the cell refernce, but the contents are the same in every cell?

a b c =A1&" "&B1
1 1 21 1 21
2 2 34 2 34

If the cell refences are changing then it sounds like you are copying correctly

Do you have Automatic Calc turned on - Try pressing F9

Tools > Options > Calculation > Automatic

Another option is cell formating set to Text
