Run Macros when work book is protected and sheets are protected and hidden

I have a set of macros that have to un against hidden and protected sheets. At the same time, i need to protect the structure and windows of the workbook.

How can i run a macro while not unprotecting the code or running into hidden sheets issues...? Please help, I'm sweating on this one...

At the beginning of thhe macro, write code to unprotect the sheet and at the end of the macro reinstate the protection. Since this will usually execute in a fraction of a second there should be no problem!
