    Try

    =IF(ISERROR(INDEX(AuroraR,MATCH(F12,INDEX(AuroraR,,1),0),MATCH(G12,INDEX(AuroraR,1,),0))),"",INDEX(AuroraR,MATCH(F12,INDEX(AuroraR,,1),0),MATCH(G12,INDEX(AuroraR,1,),0)))

Assuming the error you expect is #N/A caused by no MATCH try

    =IF(ISNUMBER(MATCH(F12,INDEX(AuroraR,,1),0)*MATCH(G12,INDEX(AuroraR,1,),0)),INDEX(AuroraR,MATCH(F12,INDEX(AuroraR,,1),0),MATC H(G12,INDEX(AuroraR,1,),0)),"")
