insert rows depending on how many are required

hi,

in worksheet1 that could have up to 100 lines depending what the filter that i have produces
in worksheet2 there are headings and footer information
the header information finishes at row 22 therefore i want to insert the required rows in sheet2 to put the filtered data from sheet 1 into.
The footer information is in row 30

Click on the row number you want to insert rows under;

I think in this case Row 1?

hold shift and then click on the Row 22.

Right click - > Insert... will move everything down 22 rows..

manipulate to your liking.

i need to put it within a macro i can use a varible mycount to tell me how many rows there are to insert but i do not know how to get mycount to insert that many rows
