I have following data.

App name Type of support Start date End date Support hours from Support hours to No. of working hours to resolve

ABC Gold 9/27/2006 1:28:13 PM 10/2/2006 2:04:05 PM 9:00
17:00 ?

I want to calculate the no. of working hours to resolve any particular issue. But I want to calculate only working hours. If any issue’s start date falls outside support hours then I want to calculate the time from next day support hours time. Also I want to check the type of support. If the type of support is Gold or Silver then I want to calculate Sat & Sun. support hours too & if it is other than that then I want to exclude sat & sun in calculating no. of working hours. Pl. help me.
