Cel Format From Number To Percent

I am exporting a file to excel, the percent values come over into excel as below:

    7.06

    (7.31)

I want it to appear in excel as follows:

    7.06%
    -7.31%

Currently when I hit the percent icon the following happens:

    706%
    -731%

    Any ideas?

If it were me, I would divide each value by 100 and then format as per cent.

To clarify MrSorty's post, put 100 in a spare cell and 'Copy' (Ctrl/C) then select the percent column or range etc and Past Special, and select Divide.

This will convert the whole range.

    Clear the spare cell.
