Queston Regarding Conditional Formatting

Hello All!

I imagine someone has asked similar before but I couldn't find it with the search.

I need to use conditional formatting, but the 3 criteria isn't enough. I have 8 possible variables. Here is the scenario:

Cells A2 thorugh A32 are numbered 1 through 31. In cells B2 thorugh B32 there is a drop down box with 8 possible selections. Going across from G5 to M5 and down from G5 to G11, in a box, is a Calendar set up. I need the day on the calendar to change shading depending on what is selected for it's corosponding day in B2 through B32.

Any ideas?
