    2 pages per sheet

I am trying to get 72 rows by 4 columns printed on 1 sheet of A4. In word you can change the page set up to Landscape and choose 2 pages per sheet. Does anyone know how to do this in Excel?

    Hi allipops,

Select your range of cells 72 deep x 4 wide, go to File > Page Set up > Page, then select scaling, then click one page wide x one page tall.

Open out your margins if you need more space

Thank you, but doesnt that make the text smaller to fit the page? Rather than having usual size 12 font. I am trying to have 36 x 4 and 36 x 4 side by side in landscape.

For me that is a feature of the Epson Stylus CX4700, I think you might need to copy the two parts to be side-by-side in a second sheet and print from there.
