    SUMIF within date range

Is it possible to build a SUMIF formula which will only pick up values between two dates without having to sort?

I'm most interested in any ideas.

    Thanks

    Hi,

You can manage intervalles by substraction ... i.e

    =SUMIF(your range, "<D1")-SUMIF(your range, "<D2")

provided D1 equals the "highest" date and D2 the "lowest" ...

    HTH

Thansk Carim - I'll give it a try at work and see.

Much appreciated - looks like it should work
