sorting?

I have this one problem...

Now sort the list alphabetically by Year, then by Title, and save this to another sheet in your workbook.

So okay, how do I do this? If I sort it by title, and then sort it by color, the information doesn't match up with the correct information. For example, if something was made in 1989 and the title is Z, it will not match up with it. It will be in a different row.

Select all data (click the AllData above row 1 to the right of the A in column headings)

Data, Sort, first key = Year, second key = Title.

OK

the data will remain intact, and sorted.

Edit, Move or Copy Sheet, Create a copy.
