Some Advice Please....My head hurts

Hi all,

I am in need of some major help. I have set up a large excel master sheet which has many formulas linked up to different sheets on My Documents. When i open the master sheet i askes if i would like to update the links. However i have now set up a link from all other sheets in my documents to the master sheet and when i change something on the master i need it to update all the links on the oher sheets without me opening them all and accepting the change.

Is there a way i can set up a macro to complete this manouver for me from the master sheet????

Any ideas or information would me majorly helpfull.

switch on record macro, manually do the job, stop the macro. Job done. Put a symbol on the master sheet and attach the macro to it.
