Two IF statements2

is it possible to have two if statements? i was using a sumproduct formula to find the date needed then sum the product of the dates for a similar sheet (NOT this one) but same concept =SUMPRODUCT(--($C$1:$C$1000=Y14),$F$1:$F$1000) attached is a sample of what i am working on.

i would like to have in Row S a formula that would search out in an array the correct date then provided the station has been confirmed (column 0) it would sum the product (column H) . please note that for each section there could be multuple stations that are booked which can be calculated with a sum formula. but to calculate only the ones that have been confirned for a specific date would require a more complex formula.
