Excel email

Hi,

I have set up a macro, so that when a user clicks a button, it emails the current file. I have done this through using, send to, mail recipient. Is there a way that you can set this up, so it always sends the file to a certain email.

Also is there a way that you can automatically send a msg with the email, which is already typed on the excel worksheet
