Need Help for Time Calculation

Hello Everyone, I am moderate user of excel and have been stuck in calculating time worked in a week.... I need following assistant.

1) To calculate total numbers of hrs worked in 1 week.

My worksheet has following colums.

Date Day Start Time End Time Total hrs worked

I hope i have elloborate the problem.

2) The other problem i am facing is i am unable to calculate time difference between start time and end time.
But if the start time is smaller then end time the result is f9 but if its the other way round then i have negetive value. I have also tried mod function but no result.... Please help.
