    Too many text characters

    Is there a way to get a cell to accept more characters (text) than what is allowed?

    Probably not, how many characters are you trying to put in?

    OK, so is there a way to display more characters - I guess that is a better way to ask. I have all the data in the cell but it will not display or print.

    What happens when you make the cell wider or deeper

    I can't go wider due to size of the spreadsheet but when I go deeper the text become centered and it is still cutting the last few sentences off.

    Try this, left format the text, also uncheck the Format alignment text wrap if it's on

    That just made it one line across the page.

    I read somewhere that if you merged 2 cells together it will give you more room?? Or tricking it by using alt-enter, but I tried that too and it is still no there.

    Frustrating!

    Can you explain exactly what you are trying to do and how many characters you have in the cell?
