    Countif problem

    heLLO all,

    Please advise,

The value of E13 is 5.727 where the value will change

I use this formula and the result I got is 0
    =COUNTIF('W1AAHC-061110'!E:E,"<E13")

whereas when i use this the result is 4
    =COUNTIF('W1AAHC-061110'!E:E,"<5.727")

    Try

    =SUMPRODUCT(--('W1AAHC-061110'!$E$1:$E$10000>0)*(--('W1AAHC-061110'!$E$1:$E$10000<E13)))

    or

    =COUNTIF('W1AAHC-061110'!E:E,"<"&E13)
