I need help....Can this be done?

I have a small company and I have customers who's data I have to enter into Excel and each customer has about 30 pieces of Infomation. But there are only two fields that are absolutely the most important.

Is there a way that I could see these two pieces of information in like a word document.

So that each one of my customers two fields of data show up.

    Hi

The data is simply a date and a answer to a yes or no question.

The data tells me if I should send the product to the customer and on what date.

I want to be able to view just this information for many customers in one single area, like a word document.

And if need be, I can click on the information which takes me to excel that has the complete customer information.

I want to be able to enter data in excel and then have it show up on another document. Or I would want to just enter these two pieces of information and have it linked to a customers excel information.

    Hi,

Take a look at the Mailmerge option which links automatically XL with Word.
